Garth Van Huyssteen
Garth started his tax career in 2010 after completing his BA (Hons) in Business with Finance at Bournemouth University. Garth joined LTS in 2018 and is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Luke’s tax career started in 2006, and he joined LTS Tax Limited in 2013. He is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, and he has a keen focus for tax efficiency & wealth preservation.

Sarah Kenealy - Meet the Team
Sarah joined LTS in 2018, after having trained and worked within Big 4 locally. Sarah is a Chartered Tax Advisor and has a broad client portfolio of individuals and corporates. She specialises in advising individuals relocating to Guernsey. Sarah is also a member of the Staff Wellbeing committee.

Danielle Emery - Meet the Team
Danielle trained locally at a big 4 accountancy firm and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011. I joined LTS Tax in August 2018.

Meet the Team - Erica Harrisson
Erica joined LTS in 2016 after qualifying as a Chartered Certified accountant. She has since also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Meet the Team - Mandy Connolly
Mandy is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 30 years’ experience in tax. She joined LTS in 2015 and heads up the Trust Tax Team, specialising in UK tax matters relating to offshore structures as well as UK resident individuals and pension schemes.

Natalie Chamberlain
'I have a portfolio of private clients and intermediaries where I deal with both UK and Guernsey tax compliance and advice. I also manage a team of 5 people and I’m on the Operations Committee and the Staff Wellbeing Committee. I have a very varied role split between client work, managing people and assisting the board, including marketing and business development.'

Tax treatment of UK property held by non-residents
Following some significant legislative changes, all gains realised on UK land and property disposals by nonUK residents are now within the scope of UK tax. This includes gains on residential and commercial property, even if held indirectly. Natalie Chamberlain from LTS Tax Ltd explores the issues.

One of the founders of LTS Tax in 2012, Francis began working in the Finance Industry in 1988, is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and is a member of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants, Tax Sub-Committee.

Meet The Team - Julian Turian
Julian joined LTS Tax Limited in April 2019. He brings a wealth of experience in advising high net worth individuals and senior executives on Guernsey and UK tax, social security and national insurance matters. He is highly experienced in advising upon the practicalities of immigration to, or emigration from Guernsey, as well as the use of offshore structures, including SPV’s and trusts. As a board member he is actively involved in the company’s business development and marketing.
